In case of nausea*: 5 mouth sprays, to be repeated as needed.

In the event of travel, transport: 5 mouth sprays half an hour before departure, to be renewed during the trip as long as necessary.

IN CASE OF SICKNESS*:

Eat slowly and lightly
Prefer salty or sweet drinks to compensate for the loss of fluid due to vomiting
Avoid odors that can make nausea and vomiting worse

IN CASE OF TRAVEL, TRANSPORT:

Eat lightly before and during the trip
Avoid alcohol and stimulants
Make sure you are properly braced, minimizing head and body movement
Fix your gaze far ahead on a stable landmark or try to sleep
