PICK-UP AND DELIVERY
You can choose on pharmacie-cayeux.com to collect your order from the drive-through counter at Cayeux Pharmabest Pharmacy, have your order delivered to a pickup point, or shipped to a postal address provided during checkout (your home address or any other address of your choice).
PICK-UP (Cayeux Pharmacy – Rang-du-Fliers)
You may collect your parcel from the drive-through counter of Cayeux Pharmacy, located at 2629 Route de Berck, 62180 Rang-du-Fliers, France. You can come to the pharmacy and collect your order at the dedicated counter as soon as you receive a confirmation SMS or email informing you that your order is ready for collection.
Please refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Section 6.1.
SHIPPING
Pharmacie-cayeux.com has selected DPD and Chronopost for the delivery of orders weighing up to 30 kg.
Delivery can be made either to your home address (parcel delivered against signature) or to a local pickup point.
Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer when placing the order. This may be the customer’s home address or any other address different from the billing address.
Each delivery is deemed completed once the ordered products have been made available to the customer. Delivery status can be verified through the tracking systems provided by DPD and Chronopost.
Please note that DPD and Chronopost shipments cannot be dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays.

Request for Reshipment :
For any order that has been shipped but not collected within the carrier's holding period, new shipping charges will apply for reshipment. In addition, a return fee of €4.90 will be charged.
Request for Refund :
For any order that has been shipped but not collected within the carrier's holding period (the date on which the carrier marks the parcel as returned), the original shipping charges will not be refunded, and a return fee of €4.90 will be deducted from the refund amount.
This return fee will not be charged if the parcel is returned due to damage or poor condition of the package.
