Vetoform Large Dog Insect Repellent Pest Control Pipettes are formulated with margosa and pyrethrum extracts which have insect repellent properties. They are recommended for large dogs over 30 kg to repel biting insects such as ticks, fleas or mosquitoes with optimal action over 48 hours and real effectiveness if all the animals in the household are treated.

Using advice

For a dog over 30 kg, use 2 pipettes per application, to be renewed every 4 weeks. Hold the pipette vertically and tap the top to bring the liquid down to the bottom. Open the pipette by cutting its end and apply the contents to the dog's neck, directly on the skin, parting the coat well behind the ears. Apply the second pipette to the base of the tail using the same process. Wash hands after use. Do not use in a sick or convalescent animal or one with extensive skin lesions. After use, examine the site of application regularly because a sensitive animal can sometimes show localized irritation, in which case the area should be washed with a mild shampoo.
