Using advice

COLD :
- Put in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

HOT :
- Put in the microwave for the time and at the temperature indicated. Mix the beads well and test the pocket temperature before use. Heat for an additional 5 seconds if needed until desired temperature is reached.

Do not apply for more than 20 minutes or beyond the duration recommended by the doctor. Wait at least 20 minutes before any new application. If necessary, reapply for 20 minutes.
