Using advice

Wash your hands well with warm water and soap before sampling, then rinse and dry them thoroughly. On first use, start with the lowest puncture depth, then gradually increase until you have a micro-drop of blood. Prick the side with the fingertip, changing the puncture site each time and avoiding the thumb and index finger. Perform a pressure of one minute on the puncture point after sampling. If possible, change the lancet with each use.
