Using advice

Depending on the desired use, simply warm them up (in hot water or in the microwave) or cool them (in the fridge or freezer), insert them in their cover and then apply them to the painful area for about 20 minutes.

The large model ACTIPOCHE thermal cushion, 20 x 30 cm in size, is more particularly suitable for the treatment of lumbar or menstrual pain.

It comes with a self-gripping protective cover that keeps the cushion in place in the painful area.
