Brushing method :
- place the toothbrush along the gum so as to form a 45° angle. The strands must come into contact with the surface of the teeth but also with the gumline.
- without exerting excessive pressure, brush the external surface of 2 or 3 teeth by performing a rotary movement going from the gums towards the teeth. Repeat this movement on the next group of 2 or 3 teeth.
- while continuing to hold the toothbrush so as to form a 45° angle, the bristles in contact with the surface of the teeth and the gumline, perform the same movement to carefully brush the internal surface of all the teeth
- tilt the toothbrush vertically behind the front teeth. Make several up and down strokes using the end of the toothbrush head.
- position the toothbrush on the surface of the occlusal surfaces (those used for chewing) of the teeth in a movement in both directions.
