Stérimar allergic nose spray is a physiological solution for the whole family based on 100% natural microdiffused seawater and enriched with manganese, recommended for gentle cleaning of the nose. This solution moisturizes and restores the natural humidity of the nasal mucosa, eliminates allergens in contact with the mucous membrane such as dust, pollution particles, pollens, mites and it also has a preventive action on sneezing, itching and runny nose . It is highly recommended at the start of allergy season.

Usage tips

For hygiene and humidification of the nasal mucosa: head straight, introduce the tip into the nostril. Spray 1 to 2 times in each nostril. Let the excess solution run off then blow your nose.
For deeper cleansing of the nasal fossae: head tilted to the side, introduce the tip into the upper nostril. Administer 1 prolonged spray of 2 to 3 seconds. Let the excess solution run out through the other nostril then blow your nose.
2 to 6 sprays per day. After each use, clean the nozzle thoroughly with hot water and wipe dry.

Sea water: 31.82 ml, manganese salt monohydrate, purified water qsp 100 ml.
