Using advice

Shake vigorously vertically 4 times, cap up, and 4 times cap down. Prime the pump before first use. Apply 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril. Can be used 2-3 times a day.

Bentonite (clay), xanthan gum, sesame vegetable oil, spearmint essential oil, glycerol monostearate, potassium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate, glycerin, water, tocopherols, preservatives.
