- Take 1 effervescent tablet per day, to dissolve in a large glass of water (250 ml), preferably in the morning or during a meal.
- Minimum intake of one month recommended.
- Renewable several times a year.

- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Not recommended in case of hypertension.
- Prolonged use of more than 3 months is not recommended.
- Excess use may result in laxative effects.
