- Then heat your quantity of water to a maximum of 40°C then pour into the bottle.
- In your bottle, add the right number of level and unpacked measuring spoons, respecting 1 scoop for 30ml of water.
- Close the bottle and roll it briskly between the palms of your hands to prevent lumps.
- Shake it back and forth until the powder is completely dissolved.
- Control the temperature by pouring a few drops on your wrist. The temperature should not exceed 37°C.
