• Lavender ( Lavandula angustifolia ). Lavender grows spontaneously in the South of France. Mainly known for its fragrance, lavender is also used in herbal medicine to help relax and make it easier to fall asleep.
• Bitter Orange (Citrus aurantium) . The bitter orange tree, whose fruit has been used as food and as a traditional plant for thousands of years, is native to the tropical regions of Asia. Its leaves have soothing and relaxing properties and help promote relaxation and serenity.
• Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna, Crataegus laevigata) . Hawthorn, a thorny shrub with white flowers, gives bright red berries in autumn and grows at the edge of woods or in fields. It has relaxing properties recognized since the Middle Ages. It helps in particular to find a quality sleep .
• Passionflower ( Passiflora incarnata ). Native to the southern United States and cultivated in Europe, this plant has soothing properties. It helps to improve the quality of sleep, as well as to promote relaxation, in case of nervousness or stress.
