1. PREPARE BABY'S USUAL MILK*, at cold or lukewarm temperature, just before the meal. Always remember to wash your hands and the work surface before starting. Tip: If the preparation is a bit thick, use a variable flow teat.
2. ADD THE RECOMMENDED AMOUNT OF BLED DINNER CEREALS per day to the regular Milk* you have just prepared. It's easy, 6-8 months: Usual milk* 210 ml + 4 scoops. Do not add sugar.
3. SHAKE IN 2 STAGES until complete dissolution of Blédîner. First in circles by rolling the bottle between your hands. Then from top to bottom, shaking the bottle vertically.
4. CHECK THE TEMPERATURE of the preparation on the inside of your wrist.
5. ENJOY WITH BABY! Blédîner is above all a cuddly moment to share with baby. After the meal, throw away the rest of the unused bottle. It is important to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
