Using advice

Take 2 to 3 capsules per day orally, with a large glass of water and preferably in the middle of meals.

Ingredients for 3 capsules: Organic borage seed oil* (1500 mg), tunic (gelatin**, glycerin) (664 mg), vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherols) (9 mg) i.e. 75% of NRVs (Nutritional Values reference). *76% of products of agricultural origin come from organic farming. Certified Ecocert sas F32600. **Fish gelatin.
