Using advice

Take about 45 cm of yarn and wrap it around the middle fingers, taking care to leave a few centimeters of yarn in the center. Stretch the thread by pinching it between the thumbs and index fingers. Gently slide the taut floss between the teeth, down to the gumline. Then, holding the floss against the tooth, perform a vertical movement, from the gum to the tooth.
