Preparation of the clay paste: Pour the desired quantity of green clay into a glass or wooden container. Add a volume of spring water to completely immerse the clay. Leave to stand for about half an hour then stir with a non-metallic spatula to obtain a smooth paste.

As a hair mask: Apply the clay paste in a thick layer to the hairline. Leave on for about 10 minutes without letting the mask dry. Rinse with lukewarm water and apply shampoo. Ideal for oily hair.

As a poultice: Place the paste on a natural textile. Spread the clay with a non-metallic spatula to a thickness of 1 cm. Apply the poultice, leaving the clay in direct contact with the skin and maintain it (without tightening too much) with a bandage. Leave the poultice on for one hour. To remove it, remove as much clay as possible, if necessary by moistening it, then rinse the skin and dry.
