Using advice

Nourishing body oil: Apply a dab of oil to dry areas.

Hair care: Apply a dab of oil to dry ends, leave on for a few minutes then rinse with lukewarm water.

Cleansing oil: Take a dab of oil and massage the face; remove the excess with a cotton ball and finish with one of our hydrolats.

Composition

More than 90% of fatty acids are saturated among which we find lauric acid (45 to 50%), myristic acid (15 to 20%), caprylic acid (5 to 10%), palmitic acid (5) 10%), capric acid (4 to 8%) and stearic acid (2 to 4%). Less than 10% is unsaturated fatty acids (5-7% oleic acid)."
