Usage tips

In the attack phase (15 to 30 days), take 6 tablets per day to distribute (for example 3 tablets at breakfast and 3 at lunch or dinner). As soon as there is improvement, find a maintenance dose of 2, 4 or 6 tablets per day to be divided between the 3 main meals.
In case of emergency: 4 tablets in one take for an improvement in 30 minutes.

Magnesium Glycerophosphate, L-arginine HCI, Taurine, Vitamin PP, B5, B1, B2, B6, B8, B9. Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate. Anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silica.
