Using advice

2 tablets per day: 1 Day tablet to be swallowed in the morning, 1 Night tablet to be swallowed in the evening (30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime). It is imperative to continue the initial use for a minimum of three months in order to observe the desired results. Then extend to obtain continuity of benefits.
