How to prepare your Milk & Egg Micellar 95 shaker?

Take an empty shaker bottle
Pour 250 ml of water preferably or milk if you really don't like with water
Add 1.5 pods of EAFIT Milk & Egg Micellar 95 of the flavor of your choice (chocolate, vanilla, red fruits, caramel or coffee)
Put the mixing ball in the shaker or the grid on the shaker
Don't forget to close it well (if you don't want to repaint the kitchen or the gym)!
Shake vigorously for a few seconds
Enjoy and do your muscles good!

Calcium caseinates 59.31% (milk), milk protein isolate 35%, flavorings (dehydrated glucose syrup, gum arabic, maltodextrin, vegetable oil, modified starch, milk fat, aromatic caramel, anti-caking agent: silica [nano] ) (lactose), egg white 1.5% (acidity regulator: citric acid), minerals: magnesium oxide-iron pyrophosphate, thickener: xanthan gum, sweeteners: acesulfame potassium-sucralose, vitamins: CE- PP-A (antioxidant: dl alpha tocopherol)-B5-B6-B2-B1-B12-B9-B8, L-methionine, colorant: beta-carotene (maltodextrin, medium-chain triglycerides, sucrose, acacia gum, anti-caking agent: silica [nano], antioxidants: dl alpha tocopherol-sodium ascorbate), maltodextrins, anti-caking agent: silica [nano].

Possible traces of: cereals containing gluten, soya, nuts, celery and sulphites.
