Usage tips

If you have difficulty falling asleep:
take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water, at bedtime.

In case of time difference:
take 1 tablet per day with a glass of water, at bedtime, from the first day of your trip and during the following days, until the effects of jet lag are no longer felt.

Composition

Bulking agents (isomalt, cellulose, microcrystalline), Coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, talc, dye E171, medium chain triglycerides), Anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), Melatonim (1mg per daily dose).
