Granions muscle relaxer tablets are a recommended dietary supplement to help muscle recovery and fight cramps and contractures. They are formulated with magnesium, a neuromuscular regulator which fights against cramps by reducing the excitability of muscle and nerve fibers, potassium which contributes to normal muscle function, selenium and copper with antioxidant properties which protect cells against oxidative stress as well as group B vitamins which enhance the effectiveness of these tablets.

Using advice

Take 2 tablets per day with a large glass of water, preferably between meals. As soon as the muscle contraction appears, take 2 tablets a day until the desired effect is obtained. In anticipation of prolonged and/or sustained muscular effort, take 2 tablets per day for a 15-day cure.

Composition

Minerals: potassium bicarbonate - magnesium citrate - selenium yeast - copper gluconate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: dicalcium phosphate - magnesium stearate, vitamins: B1 - B6 - B12. Film-coating: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: stearic acid.
