Reversible, the Pelucho headband can also be used as a cold compress after being put in the fridge.

Using advice

To use your Pelucho heating band and take advantage of all its virtues, all you have to do is:

Place your lanyard in the microwave for 2 minutes (< 1000 Watts) or 60 seconds (> 1000 Watts) to heat it up.
Insert a glass of water on the tray next to your hot water bottle for better use.
Make sure your hot water bottle is not too hot before using it or giving it to your child.
If you want to heat your headband again, wait until it has returned to its initial temperature.
Be careful, do not leave your dry hot water bottle unattended during heating and be sure to respect the heating times. Read the instructions carefully before use and test the heat before putting on the body.
