Usage tips

- shake the bottle before use

- spray 2 times successively at the back of the throat in the evening at bedtime
- keep the product 20 seconds in the mouth before swallowing it

- do not eat or drink after application.

Do not use in case of sleep apnea or related respiratory pathology, asthma or allergy to any of the components.
