The Humer nose & throat Urgo day & night tablets are a food supplement recommended to regain respiratory comfort thanks to the eucalyptus globulus which is part of their composition. They are also formulated with erysium, which has a soothing action on the throat, relieves irritation and facilitates breathing, and with zinc, which promotes normal functioning of the immune system. The day tablets also contain vitamin C which helps fight fatigue and the poppy night tablets which promote quality sleep.

Using advice
