Hartmann HydroTac Comfort dressings 8 x 8 cm are specially designed for the treatment of acute and chronic wounds in the budding or epidermalization phase (traumatic wound, burn, dermabrasion, post-operative wound, ulcer or bedsore). These are hydrocellular dressings that protect wounds from shocks and maceration, with a foam that absorbs exudates thanks to its honeycomb arrangement. They also contain a hydro-soothing gel that relieves pain and discomfort, accelerates healing and moistens the wound if it is too dry. These dressings are easy to apply and have an adhesive film that keeps them in place.
