Using advice

Immerse a sachet in simmering water and leave to infuse, covered, for 5 minutes to fully release the flavors and benefits of the ingredients.

For more indulgence, add a touch of honey. And for enhanced efficiency, add a spoon of preparation for Grog.

Cinnamon bark (Cinnanomum burmanii, zeylanicum and aromaticum) 28%, aerial parts of Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis), Lemon peel (Citrus limon) 10%, Eucalyptus leaves (Eucalyptus globulus) 10%, natural Lemon flavor with others natural flavors, ginger root (Zingiber officinale) 8%, dried apple cubes (Malus sylvestris), natural flavor, clove (Syzygium aromaticum), peppermint essential oil (Mentha piperita), honey 1%.
