L'inhalation humide respiratoire Puressentiel est un soin qui associe des huiles essentielles d'eucalyptus globuleux, de menthe crépue, de thym, de menthe poivrée, de tea tree, de niaouli, de pin et de ravintsara reconnues pour leurs propriétés purifiantes et assainissantes. Elles vont permettre de dégager, assainir et apaiser les voies respiratoires, notamment les fosses nasales en y maintenant une certaine humidité facilitant ainsi la respiration.

Conseils d'utilisation

Diluer un bouchon du flacon dans un bol ou un inhalateur rempli d'eau très chaude mais non bouillante (soit un bouchon dans environ 400 ml d'eau).
Placer votre tête au dessus du bol après l'avoir recouverte d'une serviette ou votre nez et votre bouche dans l'embouchure de l'inhalateur.
Inspirer les vapeurs dégagées, 3 fois par jour pendant 5 jours maximum.
