Using advice

1 capsule per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water, usually

L-tryptophan; capsule shell of plant origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate of vegetable origin; zinc gluconate; nicotinamide (vitamin B3); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
