Tryptophan is the precursor of serotonin, neuromediator of serenity and relaxation. It regulates our mood, our sleep and all of our impulses in the sense of appeasement.

Using advice

1 capsule per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water, usually
recommended at the end of the afternoon or the beginning of the evening or according to the advice of a health professional.
Avoid consuming meat during dinner.

Composition

L-tryptophan; capsule shell of vegetable origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate of vegetable origin; zinc gluconate; nicotinamide (vitamin B3); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
