Using advice

1 to 2 sachets per day (1 morning, 1 evening) or according to the advice of a health professional.
Open the sachet and mix the powder with 100 ml of still water. Mix until completely dissolved and consume next.

Composition

apple fibers (Malus spp.), chicory fructooligosaccharides, prune powder (Prunus spp.) (prune fruit, maltodextrin, acidity regulator: citric acid), xylitol, thickener [xanthan gum], natural banana flavouring, aromatic caramel (glucose syrup, sugar), natural sweetener [NHDC], anti-caking agent [silicon].

For 1 sachet per day :
- Apple fibres: 5.5 g
- FOS: 2.5g
- Prune powder: 1.5 g
- Xylitol (polyol): 0.8 g
