Isotonic Hexamer Soft Jet Spray - 100ml

1 to 3 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 3 times a day.

1. To blow your nose.
2. Tilt the head to the side and insert the tip gently into the upper nostril.
3. Exert frank and brief pressure.
4. Leave to act for a few seconds.
5. Repeat the operation in the other nostril.
6. Remove the tip from the bottle and wash it under hot water after each use.
