Using advice

• Light face and neck massages.
• Local applications on irritated or dry areas of the body as well as on weakened nails.
• Nourishing hair mask: leave on for ½ hour before shampooing.

Prepare a mixture of equal parts evening primrose oil and rosehip oil. Apply a few drops of this mixture to your face, massaging gently until completely absorbed. Insist well on wrinkled areas.
