Applied locally, it helps to relieve reddened, irritated and damaged skin.

In massage, it also helps to soothe tension and relieve sensitized body parts.

Using advice

• Massages, compresses or local applications on the body and face.
• Neutral base for diluting essential oils.

Do not expose yourself to the sun after having coated yourself with oil: risk of photosensitization due to the natural presence of plant hypericin.

CARE

SOS sunburn :

Add 3 drops of essential oil of spike lavender ( Lavandula latifolia ) or true lavender ( Lavandula angustifolia ) in 15 ml of St. John's wort oil (one tablespoon). Apply directly to the sensitive area until soothed.
