Loperamide 2mg - 12 capsules

The drug loperamide 2 mg is indicated during acute and transient diarrhea in adults and children from 15 years old. This treatment is to be administered in parallel with hygiene and dietary measures. It comes in the form of a box containing twelve capsules.

The active ingredient is loperamide hydrochloride 2 mg with a quantity corresponding to loperamide base 1.86 mg for one capsule. The other ingredients in the capsule contents are lactose monohydrate, rice starch, talc and magnesium stearate.

Lactose is an excipient with a known effect and the composition of the capsule shell are gelatin and titanium dioxide.
