- Carefully clean and sterilize the bottle, cap, teat and knife to remove the powder. Pour the necessary amount of water into the bottle. Use bottled water with low mineral content. For better reconstitution, the water can be heated to 40°C before adding the powder.

- Fill the scoop in the box with powder, then level it with the blade of a knife.

- Add the corresponding number of level scoops of powder to the water, respecting the proportion: 1 scoop in 30ml of water.

- Stopper the bottle and, to facilitate dissolution, roll it between your hands then shake it vigorously. Before giving the bottle, check the temperature of the infant milk by pouring a few drops on your wrist.
