No Cramp STC Nutrition tablets are an orange flavored food supplement recommended to prevent muscle cramps and contractures. It is formulated with magnesium which contributes to normal muscle function, ginseng which boosts the elimination of lactic acid thus strengthening physical endurance, cinchona extract which participates in the transmission of nerve impulses and to muscle contraction, and vitamin B6 which, combined with ginseng and magnesium, helps fight against temporary fatigue.

Using advice

As part of an effort, take 1 tablet to suck or chew 1 hour before exercise then 1 tablet per hour of exercise if necessary and 1 tablet immediately after exercise for recovery. In the event of nocturnal cramps or muscle contractures, take 1 tablet per day in the morning or evening, to suck or chew, as a 30-day cure.
