Using advice

Apply by lightly massaging the sensitive area 2 to 3 times a day. Do not use in case of wounds or damaged skin. Should not be ingested or applied to mucous membranes or near the eyes. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to Arnica or the Asteraceae family. Do not leave within reach of children.
