The use of Birch Sap goes back a long way in the past. The peoples of northern Europe used to consume a few liters of birch sap each year during seasonal changes. Birch Sap is harvested when the sap rises, in the spring before the leaves appear. It comes in the form of a very clear liquid, similar to water, when fresh, with a fairly neutral taste.

Products packaged in an ampoule are only available for collection in pharmacies.
