Organic chia seeds originate from South America, particularly Mexico, where they have been the staple of the traditional diet for thousands of years. This seed has remarkable nutritional characteristics with its richness in fiber 33%, omega 3 18.5%, vitamin E, low in salt, gluten and cholesterol free.

To be used in recipes at a rate of 5% in breads, cakes... Do not exceed 2 medium tablespoons or 15 g per day.
