Test the positioning of the pad in the shoe before removing the protective film. Position the pad at the heel with the widest part at the back. Remove the protective film and place the pad in the shoe (sticky side down). Reposition the pads if necessary, making sure they are in the same position in each shoe. To remove the pad, gently pull it out of the shoe, exerting pressure on the shoe with the other hand. Replace after 6 months or at the first signs of wear.
