The massage of the perineum can be practiced every day, for 10 minutes
Place yourself in a comfortable and relaxed position, elevating your legs using cushions for example.
Coat the thumb and index finger with oil and begin with an external massage by applying circular strokes to the skin of the perineum.
Then introduce the thumb into the vagina and massage, exerting pressure on the vaginal walls.
In case of contractions before the 37th week of pregnancy, do not massage the perineum.
Do not use in case of vaginal infection.
If in doubt, consult the midwife or doctor.
Can be used as an external massage during childbirth to relieve this painful area.
