Pharmascience Roman chamomile essential oil is a 100% organic essential oil made from the flowering tops of Roman chamomile recommended in cases of stress, sleep disorders, emotionality, overwork, nervous breakdowns, emotional imbalance thanks to to its very strong relaxing properties. It also has analgesic properties and is effective in treating all types of muscle or joint pain.

Usage tips

Dilute 1 to 2 drops in 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil or honey to flavor your dishes and drinks. Do not exceed 5 drops per day. Or place 1 to 2 drops on a piece of sugar or a neutral tablet. For cutaneous application, dilute in vegetable oil and apply to the affected area.
