Using advice

Take 1 stick of powder per day to let dissolve in the mouth at the time of a meal for 3 weeks minimum. Recommended 6 week program. It is also possible to dilute the contents of the stick in a glass of temperate or cold water or in food (natural yoghurt, natural fromage blanc, etc.).

Composition

Bulking agents: dextrose, maltodextrin; Lactobacillus plantrum CECT7484, Lactobacillus plantrum CECT7485 and Pediococcus acidilactici CECT7483 (150mg or 3 billion microbiotic strains per stick), raspberry flavor, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (E551), vitamin D (in the form of cholecalciferol) 10μg, sweeteners: sucralose (E955), sodium saccharin (E954).
