Puressentiel atlas cedar essential oil is recommended to treat respiratory ailments, such as bronchial congestion or colds. It promotes expectoration thanks to its decongestant action. It also has an anti-inflammatory action and is used in case of joint pain, or in case of skin problems (dermatitis or dermatoses).

Using advice

In dry diffusion or nebulization . Dry inhalation : 1 drop on a handkerchief. Wet inhalation : 1 to 2 drops in a bowl of boiling water, inhale the vapours. Cutaneous application : diluted 5 to 15% in vegetable oil (For a 5% dilution = 10 drops in a 10ml bottle or 30 drops in a 30ml bottle then complete with vegetable oil, for a 15% dilution = 30 drops for a 10ml bottle or 90 drops for a 30ml bottle then top up with vegetable oil). Oral intake contraindicated.
