Usage tips

- 15 to 30 minutes in diffusion to purify the ambient air and breathe more freely.
- 2 drops in a vegetable oil in the palm of the hand then in massage on the lower abdomen.
Relaxation , calm, anxiety and irritability:
- 2 drops in a vegetable oil in the palm of the hand then in massage on the solar plexus.
