Disinfectant, redness, irritation:
- 2 drops in vegetable oil of jojoba in the hollow of the hand then in massage on the zones concerned.
- 2 drops in the neutral base bath and shower in the bath.
Natural defenses, respiratory tract:
- 15 to 30 minutes in diffusion to purify the ambient air and breathe more freely.
- 2 drops in a vegetable oil in the palm of the hand then in massage on the lower abdomen.
Relaxation , calm, anxiety and irritability:
- 2 drops in a vegetable oil in the palm of the hand then in massage on the solar plexus.
- 15 to 30 minutes in diffusion in the rooms before bedtime.
