Usage tips

Respiratory tracts :
- in diffusion 15 mn, in the bathroom and the kitchen, with the rising to support a good breathing
- 2 to 3 drops in a bowl of hot water inhaled 2 to 3 times a day for 1 week
- 2 to 3 drops on a tissue to breathe.
Stimulating, warming, tonus, energy:
- 1 drop diluted in a teaspoon or on a neutral tablet 1 to 2 times a day
- 30 mn in diffusion on waking to stimulate yourself
- 20 to 30 drops diluted in 100 ml of neutral vegetable oil in stimulating massage along the spine and on the cold extremities of the body.
Flexibility, joints, muscles:
20 to 30 drops diluted in 100 ml of vegetable or neutral oil in massage on sensitive areas.
Air antiseptic:
30 min to 1 hour broadcast in the living rooms.
