Nutrisanté relaxation infusion sachets are a recommended preparation to fight against stress and temporary nervousness. They are formulated with lemon balm and orange leaf which promote relaxation and well-being, verbena which reduces the time it takes to fall asleep and promotes quality sleep, and chamomile and marjoram which contribute to the proper functioning of the digestive system.

Using advice

Put a sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 2 to 3 cups per day.

Composition

Chamomile (27.2%), Verbena; Marjoram (22.7%), Melissa, Orange Leaf (9%). 100% of the ingredients are from organic farming.
