Pour a dose (the equivalent of a level teaspoon) of natural salt without additives. Fill the Rhino Horn with lukewarm water (about 37°C) and stir lightly to dissolve the salt. Place the nozzle against the less blocked nostril so as to avoid any leakage.
Breathe normally through your mouth and lean slightly forward over a sink. Turn your head to the side while keeping your chin tucked in. Water flows into one nostril and out the other. When half of the water has run out, remove the Rhino Horn and raise your head.
Block one nostril then the other and blow gently to evacuate the remaining water. Repeat the operation on the second nostril. After washing, make sure there is no water left in the nose and sinuses. Empty and rinse the Rhino Horn and let it air dry. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or ask your pharmacist for advice.
