Weleda saline toothpaste is a toothpaste composed of fine crystals of sea salt which stimulates the secretion of saliva promoting natural self-cleaning of the gums and teeth. It is also composed of myrrh resin extract with soothing and antiseptic properties, ratanhia root extract with astringent properties which firms the gums and horse chestnut bark extract combined with aesculin which contain antiseptic tannins. This toothpaste is also composed of sodium bicarbonate which protects against the formation of tartar and against cavities by neutralizing the acid attacks which induce them and it contains natural essential oils which provide a feeling of freshness.
